Today we did two fun things. First we went to Belle Isle State Park for the First Day Hike. I was a little skittish around all the strangers and the other two dogs. But after some sniffing all was fine. The walk was a little slow for my taste but I enjoyed being outside.

In the afternoon I went for a play date with Rikki. We had a great time, but she is an odd dog. Not only does she return sticks (with coaching) that her mom throws, but she GOES INTO THE WATER OVER HER HEAD to get them. What?! (I would swear here but I don’t want to shock my human sisters.)
